DHL. I paid a premium for express delivery. The delivery was with DHL. Not only was the service not "premium" it was probably the worst service experience possible. From their inability to deliver, inability to track the package coupled with horrific and incompetent customer service. Finally after 12 days I had to go to their distribution center to pick up the package myself. The experience

According to the information provided to me, the order was scheduled for delivery on October 19th. However, today, on October 22nd, the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered. In reality, I have not received any package, and my mailbox remains empty.

I have not received any notifications from the courier service or the postal service regarding the delivery.

Utilise un livreur nommé "Colis privé " qui ne fait pas son travail.
Il est annoncé une livraison faite dans ma boîte aux lettres quand celle-ci est désespérément vide !
J'ai porté réclamation, en réponse il est indiqué que cette réclamation sera traitée d'ici 7 jours ouvrés, soit dans 9 jours au mieux...

Merci pour votre feedback M. CALLOT On est désolés d'apprendre que le colis n'est pas livré comme indiqué par le facteur et les services postaux. On vá vous contacter par email, car dans les situations comme celle-ci il fat toujours lancer une enquête et ça prends quelques jours. En tout cas on vous contacte par email et on vá tout faire pour vous résoudre cette situation, car la satisfaction clie
