Ordered at the start of April 2023 - received in June 2023 - and to add to that wait time - was posted to the wrong address. I was told that because my address had been used on the invoice (even though samples were asked to be sent to the correct address) that it could not be changed - but this was not communicated to me at all nor was it written on emails or invoice itself. Communication was not

Dear Laura, Thank you for your order and review. As discussed before, we couldn’t start production earlier because we hadn't received approval for the production yet. You told us on April 13th that you would get back to us and after several reminders we got the final approval on May 18th. The covid update you received was an outdated notification that should not have been sent from our side.
