The strap seems very low quality for the price of over£80. And I don't believe it is a genuine citizen replacement

I was under the impression that as a website registered in the UK, the parts would be sourced from the UK but this was not the case and I feel that the website was misleading as it was not clear that the parts would be sourced from outside the UK
