Extremely pleased with the strap that I ordered from you. It is a genuine, high quality exact replacement for the original. My watch now looks and feels like it was the first day I bought it. Your initial communications were very good confirming order and being dispatched on the same day. You then notified me that it was with Customs soon afterwards. However, it was over a week later before I heard anything, the delivery agent in the UK confirming that they had received it. Their delivery process was communicated frequently and delivered on time. I was becoming concerned during the long gap that occurred. I feel that if I had been advised that the Customs to UK delivery agent could take 7 - 10 days my concerns would have been avoided. That being said, I would have no problem ordering from Watch.co.uk again and highly recommended them to others wanting excellent products.
They sent me a damaged item, I had to pay for the return and they refunded me less than the price I paid for the item. I had to open a PayPal case.
Their Customer Services replied to me after few weeks.
Be aware, although this company sounds British by the "co.uk" website, they are from Netherlands and they just misleading the customers.
Edit: they refunded me in full after open a PayPal case.
There are many cheaper options for replacement Swatch straps, I’ve tried them, and you get what you pay for.
The straps I ordered from Watch were quality products.
The ones I wanted were out of stock, but I was sent notifications when they came back into stock, and got what I wanted.

Needed a strap for my Armani as I’ve developed a reaction to ‘ metal ‘ straps …. Researched this company and it was very easy to choose the correct product ( matches to the watch serial number ). Delivered as promised. Leather is very high quality so will use this company again for certain.

I needed a new replacement strap for a Bering watch. I found their site easy to find the correct one with a clear description. It arrived around the estimated delivery date, but due to the fact it came from overseas I anticipated it could take longer. Overall a very good service!!.

Good pricing and service with regular updates on progress. Delivery timescales a little longer due to goods coming from outside the uk but that was fine and the tracking service was helpful. Arrived a couple of days later than expected but that was down to Customs

Very easy to purchase a new strap for a very special watch my late husband bought me . I couldn't find it anywhere else. Website was easy to use. Only thing let it down was the delivery which I was told was on a certain day but it didn't arrive until 5 days later

Having found the watch I wanted was out of stock, I used the wish facility. I was contacted in just a few days, ordered and paid for the watch and received it within the time frame promised. Safely delivered undamaged.

Watch.co.uk service was excellent but spoilt by their choice of courier? Slow delivery time. Recently purchased motocycle parts from India which arrived 2 days quicker than these watch straps took to arrive from Holland.
