No response from emails or use of contact form.
Took my money nearly a month ago and haven’t managed to get any response whatsoever to why goods weren’t delivered for an important event we had planned for months.
Disgusting and disgraceful service with no idea what time sensitivities entails.

We are sorry for the slow responses, but as we mentioned, we gave our staff time off for Christmas after a difficult year.
As we have stated to you, the order was dispatched on time, but unfortunately, there were issues with the courier and that caused the delays.
We have now refunded the order as you requested.
