Ik had een parfum besteld die aanzienlijk goedkoper was dan waar dan ook. Ik ontving echter een bus haarlak. Klacht ingediend en daarop werd zeer snel en adequaat op gereageerd. De toon in de email daarover vanuit Lyko was echt super vriendelijk en begripvol. De parfum was er zeer snel alsnog en de bus haarlak kon ik houden. Fouten kunnen altijd gemaakt worden, maar alleen goede bedrijven laten dan zien wat ze waard zijn. Lyko heeft voor deze actie mijn waardering!

Erg slecht bij 2 zendingen zat het mengflesje er niet bij. En bij 1 product stond een doos afgebeeld, kreeg ik 2 potten en wederom niks om het mee in het haar te krijgen. Ik ben hierdoor mijn vertrouwen verloren in jullie dus heb alled weg kunnen gooien. Willen jullie mij nog als klant, zou ik het respecteren wanneer jullie 2 verpakkingen van diep blauw(compleet) opsturen. Ik heb nogal lang haar, dus verbruik altijd 2 verpakkingen. Eerder dan verwacht maar beschadigd

Bestelling eerder binnengekomen dan verwacht alleen was de verpakking beschadigd. Extra jammer omdat het een cadeau was.

Great products, value for money, bad delivery. Delivery was 4 days later than indicated. Unable to change the delivery date and time (which is quite possible with another setting by the sender). When no one was at home, it was brought to a store quite far from our home, not the nearest pickup point. With a message that if it was not picked up in 7 days it would be returned to sender. Could be improved!

What a bad customer service I order something and adres was wrong 1 minutes after my order I try to cansel it but the told me is to lateeee to cansel!!!!! They don’t give you any solutions Don’t order anything from this website

Hello 😊 Unfortunately if a order is in the system we oftentimes can not cancel them anymore and they get picked very soon, as everyone wants to have their package as soon as possible and we try to be as quick as we can be. 😇 Depending on your choosen delivery option, there is the possibility that we can call back a package, but not all carriers have that option. But you can always refuse to accept a package and then it gets automatically sent back to us, or you can return the products for free! 👍 If you want to return your package, you just have to go to "my pages" and select the products you want to send back and afterwards you get a return label to your email sent. Hello 😊 Our Warehouse is in Sweden and the packages get sent from there. The delivery is around 4-5 days, but there has been a holiday in Sweden this week, so there might be a small delay!
