Purchased our front door from this company around summer 2022. The front door was not made appropriately, as a result of that opening and closing was difficult and lot of heat loss during winter. It took so long (more than 12-month from initial contact) with many videos, fotos and emails to convince them to take responsibility and send their client service to Netherlands to fix the front door. Afterwards, we received an invoice that charged us for costs some of which we did not recognise (e.g., transportation). We found this very unfair. We tried to reflect on that and discuss to come to an agremeent. However, our emails were ignored and they did not bother convincing us.
Our initial impression & experience was positive. However, the last engagement on client service ruined the overall experience :(
