Een bijzonder uitgebreid assortiment op allerlei gebied en de mogelijkheid tot afhalen op locatie vind ik geweldig.
Jammer dat de meeste modellen die ik de prijs waard vind uitverkocht zijn en dat wat overblijft schreeuwend duur is.
Ook de mogelijkheid om een stuk -of zoekgeraakt onderdeel te kunnen nabestellen heeft bij mij nog nooit succes gehad.
I have basically had the same experience as the other 1-star reviews. I have never received my order and I have experienced very little interest from ModelWerelds side to answer any mails. After not receiving any information two weeks after my purchase I asked about status of the order several times over a period of about a month but got absolutely no response. Only after writing that I would give them a 1-star review did I get a response stating that my order had been sent but that I had not been home to receive it, so it had been returned to Modelwereld. This was supposed to be backed up by tracking info (why did I not receive that in the first place?). However, from the tracking info I could see that the order had been sent to a completely wrong address. I told ModelWereld this and asked them to re-send my order since the mistake was theirs. Again, they have just ignored my mails and I am quite sure that they will continue to ignore me whatever I try.

Sven Hansen, code 3SKABA8067920 (Post.NL) As we have written to you before, we have indeed sent the package and yes, you were not at home and you did not pick up the package, so today your package was returned here, we also answered your email, so I am also posting this review. not. So your package is now here and you will first write a nice email about what to do next.

Never received ordered goods.
Interesting that this rewiev site only operates with Dutch language, given that many of the shops mentioned here are online shops for internatinal customers, which brings me to Modelwereld:
Ordered a couple of kits two months ago, but never received. The tracking service provided says that Post Netherlands never have received the shipment from the seller, only a notice saying it’s coming. Seller responded to my first mail, but when I told him of the missing shipment he stopped answering. The problem with this shop also is that you can’t pay with PayPal, so I suppose one can forget getting a refund in such a case as this.
So in other words; my advice is to stay away from this shop.

Dear Lars Petter Bull Tuhus from Norway,
It's a bit scandalous that you dare to write this, we have been in contact about this and I immediately had an investigation carried out by the port, it soon turned out that the package had been lost and I immediately refunded everything SO YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGE.

Missing kit - never refunded
I got my order, but a kit is missing.
After several unanswered emails, it seems Curt Summers changed his mind about the 29,50€ refund he promised and is keeping the money. More than two months have passed!
NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

We hebben hierover contact en jij en ik weten dat jou pakket is verstuurd en in het systeem van DHL zit, daar heb jij een track and trace code van ontvangen, ik ben hier druk mee met DHL en dan ga jij nu z'n 'laffe' beoordeling schrijven, weet werkelijk waar niet waar je het lef vandaan haalt.
Dus even kortom, wij hebben ons aan onze taak gehouden en jou model gelijk verstuurd, DHL is in deze even een probleem, niet Modelwereld.eu
