But before holidays the delivery companies have always a lot to do and it can came to delays. Regarding your wish to return products, you can do that for free at Lyko! 👍 We have a detailed guide on how to do it in our Frequently Asked Questions section. If you click in your order history and then further into the specific order, you can click on "Return" and select the articles you want to send backand then you get automatically a Label sent to your email.
