I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with YouMobile. Ordered a phone from them which should have been delivered the next day. The shipping company, GLS, lost/stole the package while it was registered as delivered. Spent a lot of time figuring out what happened by myself. Afterward, YouMobile promised to send me another phone immediately but did not, and only two days later told me they stopped working with GLS because many packages were disappearing. Then they promised to send me the refund the same day which also did not happen. The communication was terrible, every time I had to call them and ask what was going on. And every time they were very sorry and brought their sincere apologies, but please, just do your work properly, your apologies don't do any good.
