I did not want to leave a negative review so I first had contact with them directly. Explained my issue with the product and decided to make a return eventually as they became non-responsive to my initial message. The wheel costs 30€ and it is made of the cheapest possible wood. It has a kind of structural issue which when the hamster goes on it, the wheel bends forward so the animal never ever used it. The bottom platform consists of 2 pieces of planks glued together, the connecting point of these planks is thinner than the rest which results in structural integrity loss. I explained my reasons and returned within their defined return period. Received no refund and now my time is being wasted with questions like what is my order number. I returned the wheel with a return form which was filled out completely and contains all info. Update: I returned the wheel within the legal retour period in which I am not even entitled to give a reason for return. I filled out their return form completely and they refused to refund me and sent back the wheel to me. That means I also spend another extra 7€ on PostNL to return it, and this company did not respect the return policy.
