I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I placed an order on the German website (kaffeebilligkaufen.de) with DPD delivery, but I was told it couldn’t be delivered and would be returned to the seller. Based on that information, I placed a second order — this time with DHL delivery. However, the first order with DPD was delivered anyway, so I refused the second order as it arrived. The second package was returned and confirmed as received by the seller on May 27th. They even sent me an email acknowledging that I had rejected the delivery. I replied to that email asking them to please process my refund of €219.95, but since then I’ve received no response. I’ve sent three follow-up emails and still haven’t heard anything back or received my refund. This is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend buying from this shop at all.
